1. Delivery Timelines

  • Minimum Delivery Time: 2 Hour (for nearby locations within city limits).
  • Maximum Delivery Time: 480 Hours (depending on distance and availability).
  • Delivery timelines are subject to traffic conditions, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Serviceable Locations

  • We provide delivery services within designated serviceable areas in India.
  • Customers must verify availability for their location at the time of booking.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are borne by the customer and calculated based on distance from our nearest operational hub.
  • The exact delivery cost is displayed before order confirmation.

4. Mode of Delivery

  • Vehicles are delivered via company-approved logistics partners or Rentalkar’s own fleet.
  • Customers will receive delivery tracking updates via SMS or email.

5. Delivery Confirmation

  • Customers must provide valid identification and booking confirmation at the time of delivery.
  • A delivery receipt or digital confirmation must be signed to complete the process.

6. Pickup & Return Process

  • Customers may choose to return the vehicle at the designated drop-off location or request a pickup (additional charges may apply).
  • Late returns beyond the agreed rental period may incur additional fees as per our Rental Terms & Conditions.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • If a customer wishes to cancel or reschedule delivery, they must inform us at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
  • Cancellation and rescheduling charges may apply as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Liability & Insurance

  • Rentalkar.in is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events such as strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
  • Customers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle after successful delivery.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes related to delivery, customers can reach out to our customer support.
  • Any legal disputes will be handled as per Indian laws under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
